		<description>hey, good that you know too much about usability and I really appreciate your guy for his patience :P, not all but with some &lt;a href="http://xtremax.com" rel="nofollow"&gt;web designs&lt;/a&gt; you really need to open the link in a new window, for example, If I'm reading an article and there is a small term explaining something on another page I would defiantly like to open it in the next page and never to disturb my reading. No, doubt advance users can do it themselves but here again, not everyone is advance. The next point is, may be there are sub sites to view but you never want user to leave your own site, for this some people even use IFrame technology.</description>
