Introducing: Mugshot

Mugshot is a new app for Mac OS X that allows you to manage your Flickr photos and information right on your desktop. I’ve only got about 25% of the functionality done, but last Saturday, Tom and I spent the day working on UI design concepts for the app. Here’s some of our initial work - including look and feel for the main window, and an initial splash screen.

So, what is Mugshot, you ask? Well, I’d love for it to be an iPhoto replacement - something that runs totally off of Flickr without needing iPhoto. Initial versions will allow drag and drop management of photos, favorites, photosets, and group pools. Initial version will also make it wasy to download individual or batches of photos since Flickr only allows you to download one at a time. Enjoy!
