		<description>Thanks for your information.  I'm located in Illinois.  Like SanFrancisco, It gets too cold here in the Winter to grow a plumeria outside.  I am attempting for the second time to grow mine indoors and then place it outside in the Summer.  I think it will work this time.
I was unaware that the Plumeria needed so little water.</description>
