I submitted a version of this photo for JPG’s “Dreamscapes” theme. I don’t know if I really like this photo for the theme, so I may try to shoot something better. But for now, I do like the surreality of the speeding lights compared to the bridge. (This is a shot of the SF Bay Bridge from Yerba Buena Island).

This photo is pretty cool on its own, but I think you’re wrong. I think it is *especially* for the dreamscapes theme. It has a comic-book feel to it (the overly star-shaped street lights, the black and white, the steel beams of the bridge look like they are drawn in charcoal). You have a series of more realistic pictures that (I think) are taken from the same vantage point and that I prefer, but this one’s treatment is decidedly dreamy.
